About
Oakview is a subdivision off of New Hampshire Ave, just inside the Beltway and approximately 4 miles from DC. The subdivision was established in 1950 when the existing farm land was divided into single family homes. The area is bordered by the Northwest Branch Park and trail. The Northwest Branch had many grist mills, the remnants of several visible today if you look carefully.

Association Dues
Our dues, only $15 per year, are a small symbol of our appreciation for living in so gracious a community. Your funds go to help support the whole community; room reservations for our monthly meetings, printed materials, annual party, small landscape projects, legal fees, and other projects.
Get Involved
We need you! Please consider joining the OCA groups.io to ask questions or post comments about your community, or attend one of our association meetings, or share a special talent or passion with your neighbors. Your community is only as strong as your involvement in it.
National Night is the first Tuesday of August. We meet up by the pool parking lot. Meet your neighbors and other who also help keep our community safe and thriving!
