Oakview Community Association Annual Dues: $15
Show your appreciation for living in such a wonderful community. Our very reasonable dues go directly to the Oakview Community through our annual block party, community projects and events, publicity signs and fliers, and website maintenance.
Cash, check (payable to "Oakview Community Association"), remitted at our monthly meeting or given to our treasurer Erin directly. Email her at erin.dahlia@gmail.com to arrange. Alternatively, you can pay your dues here online through SimpliDues. This service will ask for some identification to remind you when your dues will expire but you don't have to create an account. Please note this method involves an extra processing fee with OCA absorbs with every transaction. Consider providing an extra donation to help offset the fee!

You have more in common with your neighbor than you think!
With the passing of many traditional media, it's more important than ever to make efforts for us to stay informed and connected. Make it a point to get to know your neighbors; not necessarily best friends, but at least at a first-name basis. "If you see something, say something." Many recent home break-ins have occurred in broad daylight. If you see something weird, contact the police or post a comment on our Google Group.
